Join young Ramblers from across the UK for a sociable weekend in Manchester. The sixth National Young Ramblers Weekend is a chance to meet like-minded walkers, discover new landscapes, and enjoy city-based socials - all hosted by MAD Walkers, Manchester’s younger Ramblers group.
Expect a choice of walks (from urban wanders to Peak District hikes), evening events, and plenty of friendly faces. Whether you’re a seasoned NYR-goer or curious first-timer, it’s a brilliant way to connect with the wider Ramblers community.
Booking is now open via http://www.nyrweekend.org.uk - you’ll need to be a Ramblers member to attend. We’ll create an SYR WhatsApp group to coordinate travel and accommodation - we’d suggest booking early as one of the local football teams is playing that weekend and it’s expected to be busy.
