Join us for the Annual General Meeting - Wednesday 27th November

Arrive around 7 for a 7:30 Start.

The AGM will take place first where the accounts will be presented, the re-election and election of officers and the committee will take place. The AGM will be followed with a normal committee meeting where a general discussion and plans for the year ahead will be discussed.

AT THE END OF THE MEETINGS WE USUALLY HAVE A SMALL SOCIAL GET TOGETHER - PLEASE BRING BETWEEN £ 10 - £15 AS WE WILL BE ORDERING A TAKEAWAY AT THE END, IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.
