Please be boots on ready for a 10.30 am start. We should be finished before 3pm but sometimes walks do run late.
Staring at Curly's cafe we walk in an anticlockwise direction to Two Lads. This walk is full of up hills and down dales. Although the paths are well established they maybe eroded, muddy, uneven, with root exposure. There are a number of steps to ascend or descend of which they are again uneven. There is a stone path way that may have a little stream running down it should it have rained the day/night before. The walk involves fell walking and we pass through an Alpaca farm, and through Tiger wood. We will take a 20 minute break at Two Lads. If the weather is on our side we should get clear views over to the Irish Sea.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be on leads due to nesting birds and sheep on the fells.
Walking poles are useful. We will finish at Curly's Cafe for a drink, all are invited.
