Overview

The South Hams Way is a 100 mile walk around the edge of Dartmoor and the South Hams area. The way is divided into 10 walks and will be officially opened on Saturday 14th September at Totnes in Borough Park at 10.30am.

The section to be walked will take ramblers to Buckfastleigh, 7.1 miles away. We would love you and any NDR members to support the event if you can. The walk is linear, so you may wish to get together with friends and car share, leaving a car at Buckfastleigh to come back to Totnes to start the walk.

Please note there are NO BUS SERVICES between Buckfastleigh & Totnes on this Saturday.

The website: www.southhamsway.org.uk will give you all the details about the whole of the SHW and the other sections you can walk.
