We are the North Devon Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Catching the bus from Barnstaple to Caffyns Cross, walk down to Valley of the Rocks via Saix Acre Farm, coffee in the delightful Lee Abbey Cottage Tea Rooms. Then on the South West Coast Path back into Lynton and return to Barnstaple on the bus.
A chance to walk & talk; look and stare. Graded as moderate as there is some ascent, but walked at a very leisurely pace.
The bus can be caught from Barnstaple train station at 09.40 or Barnstaple bus station at 09.45.
Finish time will be 15.15 or 16.15 depending on return bus
