Overview

We take the bus to Shirwell from either Barnstaple Bus Station or from the Railway station.

From Shirwell we walk to Blakewell Fisheries and on to Ashford. Coffee at St John Garden Centre and then the option of catching the bus back to Barnstaple (total 5 mile walk) or taking the Tarka Trail back to Town (9 mile walk).
