We are the East York Get Your Boots on Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
🎉 GYBO Goes to the Races! 🐎
We will be going to York Races for the day on Saturday the 28th of June 🎟️ We’ll be heading to the Clocktower Enclosure, a relaxed area with great views of the finish line and stalls for food, drinks and bookmakers. The dress code is not enforced, so feel free to dress as formally or casually as you like!
Costs: £15 for the day and includes music.
📅 Tickets cannot be booked in advance - we will get our tickets on the day from 11:15 onwards, when the gates open. First come, first served, so get there early and ideally before 12pm! Please meet us at the main gates - you will see a crowd.
🌞 Enjoy the grassy bank and soak up the atmosphere.
🍔 Can buy food and drink 🧺 Picnics welcome and can bring food and drink in (no glass).
🎼 Olly Murs will be playing 20 minutes after the races ends (5.30 - 7pm)
