Overview

This circular walk starts in Ropley and continues eastwards towards Rotherfield Park, crossing some open fields with good distant fields. The route then returns to Ropley via Newton Common and a bridleway to Swelling Hill pond where we will have a picnic lunch. The last section is back to Ropley  with the walk bypassing Gilbert Street.

There are about 5 stiles and a few fields of grass so waterproof trousers may  be advisable if the grass is wet.
