Overview

Linear walk from Garsdale head to Kirkby Stephen railway stations using the Settle Carlisle railway. Depart PRC at 8:20 for the 9:20 train from Kirkby Stephen to Garsdale arriving at 9:33. Walk includes: Wild Boar Fell, Swarth Fell, Swarth Fell Pike,

Facilities at Kirkby Stephen Station include a station car park and payphones available for customer use. As there are no ticketing provisions at this station, passengers should take care to purchase tickets for travel from Kirkby Stephen ahead of time or on board the train from a conductor.
