We are the West Wiltshire Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting in Kingston Deverill the walk takes a gentle climb up on to the Downs and across to White Sheet Hill, overlooking Stourhead, with beautiful views, weather permitting. There is an easy descent and then the walk crosses farm land out to Kilmington Common, returning to Kingston Deverill via fields and a quiet lane. Bring lunch plus enough for a morning and afternoon stop if we need it. If the weather is good this walk will be hot.

Meet at the open area opposite the church. There will be some farm machinery parked here but the farmer is ok for us to use it.
