Tiger Bay Ramblers (TBR) is a walking group for people of working age. It is based in Cardiff but walks across South Wales and beyond.

Tiger Bay Ramblers welcomes everyone on its walks but in 2025 we are launching a new walking and hiking group for people in their 20s-30s, for younger people based in South Wales. If you are under 40 years of age and looking to have fun, get fit, and meet a welcoming bunch of people, then this will be the ideal group for you!
From our meeting point at Pontcanna Fields car park, we will walk across the park to Blackweir bridge before turning to follow the river north crossing over the A48 up to Llandaff and the Cathedral.
Ascending The Deans Steps, we will loop round the Cathedral green and visit the Old Bishop's Palace gardens. There will be an opportunity to stop for refreshments in Llandaff before we make our way back to Llandaff Fields and our start point.
Attendee's should come prepared for the weather on the day. The walk will take place on good quality paths and pavements, and will cross local roads. Dogs are welcome if well behaved and kept under close control by their owners.
