From the pub we will head off towards Tichborne alongside the A31, then turn off along the lane to and through Tichborne Village . We eventual end up passing Sevington Mill then cross the Cheriton Road and head back across the golf course to the pub.
In view of the weather situation we have kept the walk to around 4.5 miles and will be using a longish stretch of country lane. Good news .... not very hilly and no stiles !
