Description:
Leisurely pace but hilly with some quite steep paths so poles are advisable. We will zig-zag through Chinnor Hill Nature Reserve along paths edged with summer flowers. At the top of Chinnor Hill we will stop briefly to admire the views. There will be orchids to see in some areas of this walk.
Later on we will walk into Chinnor to collect food from Golden Chopsticks (or you may prefer the fish and chip shop next door) which we will eat at about 8pm across the road at the Red Lion pub garden (where a pint of XT is £4.70) before heading back through the village to the Ridgeway where we started.
Please take a look at the menu and let Alan know your choice at the beginning of the walk and bring cash.
Golden Chopsticks menu Alternatively you could bring a packed lunch.
