Overview

This is a leisurely walk to the North West of Knowl Hill through woodland and farmland leading to the remote villages of Crazies Hill and Cockpole Green where we will stop for our picnic lunch. Then after lunch we'll go through the horse centre at Juddmonte Farm before a coffee stop at the Sip and Spoke Cafe in Warren Row. Afterwards its just a mile back to the cars at Knowl Hill.

Start point The walk starts from outside the former Seven Stars pub and Dave Hall Tools shop at Knowl Hill where there should be ample free parking in the layby formed by the original Bath Road.
