Overview

This walk marks the 90th Anniversary of Sheffield Ramblers and the 93rd Anniversary of the Abbey Brook mass trespass.

Stage 1. Malin Bridge to Low Bradfield through the Loxley Valley. 5 miles

Stage 2. Low Bradfield to Dukes Road mainly through woods and alongside Agden Reservoir.  2.7 miles

Stage3. Dukes Road to Fairholmes. Good path over moors and alongside Abbey Brook 7.8 miles

Fairholmes to Ladybower Inn. Path mainly through woods with a short section on road. 3.5 miles

Toilets and cafes available at Low Bradfield and Fairholmes.

Return 257 bus to Sheffield from the Ladybower Inn at 17.52 (or possibly 16.52)
