The final coach ramble of 2025 visits Leyburn for two walks (Walk A - 11 miles & Walk B - 7 miles) taking in the Leyburn Shawl, Castle Bolton and, for the long walk, finishes at Aysgarth Falls. These are linear walks with the opportunity to visit Castle Bolton at the end of Walk B and Aysgarth Falls at the end of Walk A.
There are good paths throughout these two walks although there are a number of stiles. There are toilets and refreshments available at Leyburn, Castle Bolton and Aysgarth.
The walks start on the famous Leyburn Shawl with immediate views across a beautiful part of Yorkshire, includes a well maintained castle to visit at lunchtime and the stunning falls at Aysgarth at the end.
No dogs please.
The coach will be leaving Sheffield Pond Hill (by the Penny Black pub) at 8 am. The coach will leave Leyburn to return to Sheffield at 18.00.
