Overview

A largely flat walk along the tracks, lanes and footpaths south of Abingdon.  After a short loop through the countryside and taking in a small part of the Oxford Greenbelt Way, we touch the town centre, and then walk SW through a residential part, of Abingdon; before making our to Drayton and Sutton Courtenay.  After a few glimpses of the remains of Didcot Power Station, we turn North, crossing the Thames at Culham and taking the Thames Path back to Abingdon.
