The walk starts from the car park at West Angle Bay and follows the Coast Path towards Freshwater West. There are several steep ascents and descents hence the title "The Seven Ups". It is typical coast path walking with narrow rocky paths in some places. Before we reach Freshwater West we go inland to Rocket Cart House then connect with the Coast Path on the north side of the peninsular.
We then follow the Coast Path back to the start.

The coast path section can be quite challenging in places.
When we reach the outskirts of Angle there is an option to take the shorter 7 mile route that leads straight back to the car park.
The rest of the group will continue around Angle point and back to the start.

PCNP car park at West Angle Bay " free parking in winter" Follow the road through the village to the beach. Toilets should be open at car park.
