This walk is a re-run of which a small intrepid group of us did last November in "pea soup" damp mist, so hopefully we will see some stunning views this time.
We start the walk in attractive woodland of the "walker friendly" Boyne Estate. The route then takes us in open heathland joining the Shropshire Way and a lovely ridge walk up to Abdon Burf summit, the highest of our Shropshire Hills. From here we descend and circle the hill back to the car park.
Hill climbing is mainly gradual at a pace to suit all.
Please bring food and drinks for a short elevenses break an lunch.
Sorry no dogs allowed.
