This walk is a re-run of which a small intrepid group of us did last November in "pea soup" damp mist, so hopefully we will see some stunning views this time. We begin with a gradual climb through woodland of the (walker friendly) Burwarton Estate taking us to a lovely ridge walk in open heathland. The route then circles the hill before a climb to Abdon Burf summit, the highest of the Shropshire hills. This is then followed by a gradual descent through the woods back to the car park.
Please bring food and drinks for a short elevenses break an lunch.
