This walk will form part of the High Weald Walking Festival.
Please note start time.
The walk takes us through the footsteps of the tales of Winnie the Pooh on Ashdown.
We walk through the pretty village of Hartfield, Five Hundred Acre Wood passing through the memorial and over Pooh Bridge. With the nature of the landscape although this provides views it is also quite hilly.
Apparently, it’s the centenary from the character's introduction, (2024-2028), mainly celebrated next year. You might like to bring your favourite quote from Winnie the Pooh or associated tale to share. Small bears welcome. No performances required.
Please bring a snack and a picnic.
Assuming you are a ramblers member please text the leader if you plan to join this walk.
