We are the Brighton and Hove Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
On this circular walk we explore the outer boundaries of Friston Forest. We follow established forest paths/tracks as well as less well-known paths/tracks. There are plenty of ascents and descents, offset by the natural beauty of the forest in autumn.
Provisional plan is a tea/coffee break at about a third of the way and a picnic lunch break at about two thirds of the way.
Good facilities at the Seven Sisters Visitor Centre at Exceat.
Regular buses (request the Seven Sisters Park Centre stop).
Paid car parking also available.
