Circular walk starting at West Linton Tennis Court, Lower Green, West Linton EH46 7EP

The lane is a cul-de-sac, head down past St Mungo's Episcopal Church, Chapel Brae, West Linton EH46 7EP (off the A702) to the end and you will find a small carpark at the tennis courts.

Heading out through the picturesque village, we will enter Catwalk Den Wood and onto Upper Lynedale. Then head up to Baddinsgill Resevoir. We will pick up 'Theives Road' on our return, with outstanding views (weather permitting) over the countryside and Lyne Water. Finally returning to West Linton via The Loan.

Refreshments and toilets are available at The Gordon Arms Hotel or The Pyet Cafe at the end of this walk.

There are a number of wooden steps at the start of this walk but very manageable. Some road walking on single track farm lane up to reservoir. Could be muddy in places so poles and gaiters recommended.
