This walk actually consists of 2 separate leisurely walks on the Estate, one before lunch and one after.
The first is approx. 3 miles - "Lady's Walk" - a peaceful circular walk following the Yarrow River to the ruins of Newark Tower.
The second is approx. 2 miles - "Lochs Walk" - a scenic walk with stunning views of the lochs and Bowhill House.
A mixture of undulating woodland paths and a minor roads and beautiful scenery.
Walking poles may be useful.
Toilets available near the car park, and a coffee shop.
Entry to Bowhill Estate is £7 per person which is paid on entry.
No fee for car parking.
Meet at MIBC for 9.30am for car share, or in Bowhill House main car park (TD7 5ET) for 10.30am to start the walk.
