Overview

A linear walk from Chester railway station to Mouldsworth Railway Station along 10 miles of the Baker Way.

Meet at Mouldsworth Station (SJ512708 parking £2 for the day) to catch the 0925 train to Chester (single costs £1.75 with a rail card or £2.70 without).

This lovely walk is along well used trails, some roads and fields. Mainly flat but a short hill at the end.

Some of the paths may be overgrown so long trousers are recommended.

The walk itself is leisurely but the distance makes it moderate.

Please notify the walk leader if you intend going directly to the start on 07982426003.

A beverage can be enjoyed after the walk at the Goshawk PH.
