Join me for a scenic 10-mile walk through beautiful Sussex countryside!
This undulating route takes us past lakes, through woodlands, and along a section of the High Weald Landscape Trail.
We’ll pause for a short break around 3 miles in, at Wakehurst Place. From there, we continue through more woodland and open paths to our picnic spot at Ardingly village at approximately 6.5 miles where we will stop for c. 40 mins depending on how we are doing. There is a little shop, toilets and a pub in the village.
After lunch, we skirt Ardingly Reservoir, passing Balcombe Mill, before a final steady climb brings us back to Balcombe village.
