We are the Biggar Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk is the first stage of the 48km long Berwickshire Coast Path one of Scotland’s designated great trails. The walk is 12km of gentle walking taking in picturesque Cove Harbour, Siccar Point and Pease Bay before finishing at Dowlaw. Remaining sections of the path will be completed in future Biggar Ramblers programmes.
The walk will start from the noticeboard opposite Cockburnspath garage. We will leave at least one vehicle at Dowlaw for transport back to Cockburn. The terrain is farm and coastal paths, tracks and a minor road.
