We are the Evesham Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

An easy 4 mile stroll from Bidford-on-Avon going via Barton and Bickmarsh and returning back along the riverside. Mostly flat and easy walking with few stiles.
The walk will be followed by an optional picnic at the Bidford meadows picnic site, which is being held in support of the Macmillan Cancer Charity. This is a repeat of last year's successful event at which we raised nearly £100.
The picnic is being hosted by Donna, who will be bringing some of her delicious home-made cakes. Other refreshments will also be provided and attendees will be invited to make a voluntary donation*, the proceeds of which will be forwarded to the charity.
*There will be a collection box for cash donations, or alternatively donations can be made by phone using a QR code.
To ensure we have enough picnic food and cake, please let Sheila know by Weds 13th August, if you plan to join us .
Free parking is available on the Saxon Field car park, near the roundabout (see below for details), which is about 100 yds from the picnic area. Alternatively there is ample parking in the picnic area itself (£3 all day charge).
Bring a plastic box with you if you would like to take home some extra cake for additional contribution.
