This is an 8 mile circular walk from Biggar High Street which takes us along minor roads and farm tracks before walking up hillside to Biggar Common. We follow the forestry path through the Common and alight near Quothquan Law where we pick up a quiet road past Quothquan and Shieldhill. We return following a path through woodland and over Huntfield Hill, enjoying great panoramic views of Biggar and surrounding countryside.
A varied walk around the beautiful countryside surrounding Biggar on a combination of minor roads, tracks, footpaths and open hillside.
