We are the Worcester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting from The Ounce (The Dolphin Bishampton) the walk ascends up to Church Lench, onto Rous Lench then onto Abberton then returning to Bishampton.
This is not a flat walk, there will be some ups and downs, with good views.
Please do not use the Pub car park if you are not patronizing it, as this will stop us being able to use this facility again.
Parking on the road near to the start is possible.
The pub is willing to put on a lunch time menu which I can send out, and it would be helpful to know how many will be stopping for lunch. This would be a great help. Please email / message the walk leader.
Please allow sufficient preparation time so we can depart promptly.
Snacks: bring drinks, snacks.
Post Walk Refreshments: Pub.
No dogs please (registered assistance dogs by prior arrangement with the walk leader).
Everyone under 18 participating in Ramblers walks and other activities must be accompanied by a responsible adult, such as a parent, guardian, teacher or youth worker.
Personal details may be used for walk management and NHS contact tracing.
