Overview

Starting from St John The Baptist Church, Bishops Castle, we will head off to join the Shropshire Way. Dropping down a few fields we will then use the footpaths to cross over and up to Blakeridge Wood and eventually walk along it, on the lorry roads. We then pass alongside Goat House Dingle before descending to re-join the Shropshire Way. We go on to skirt Henley Wood and pass the various Woodbatches before heading home along field paths.

There are a number of stiles and a variety of livestock, but the various herds of cattle were not interested.
