The walk starts at the Titsey Place upper car park and heads downthe North Downs Way before heading west and climbing up the Oxted Downs. It then goes north on the Vanguard Way towards Woldingham before turning east for Tatsfield where we stop for lunch. About 6 miles and 750 feet/225 metres of ascent.
In the afternoon, we head towards the North Downs Way before dropping down on to the Pilgrim's Way. There is a short stretch alongside the M25 and then it's up past Pitchfont Farm and the climb back up to the car park. About 4.1 miles and 500 feet/150 metres of ascent.
This is a walk in the North Downs so expect not only some great views but some climbs to great viewpoints. There is a steep climb up the Oxted Downs in the morning. The climb back to the car park in the afternoon is also steep but on an easy surface.
The lunch stop is at Tatsfield. There are plenty of seats around the village pond and there is a tea room of sorts with odd opening times. Pub lunchers will be catered for at Ye Old Ship.
