There will be two walk available one of 7.5 miles and one of 7 miles

WALK GRADINGS
(A) Strenuous 10+ miles. Could include hills and hard terrain
Pace capable of walking 2.5-3.5 miles per hour depending on weather conditions and different surfaces
(B) Moderate 8+ miles. For people with reasonable level of fitness could include hills and uneven surfaces
Pace capable of walking at 2-3 miles per hour
(C) Easy 6+ miles. For reasonably fit people with a little walking experience
Recommended group for new walkers to try
Pace capable of walking 2-2.5 miles per hour
On most walks we have two groups with a leader on each
