Overview

This is a coach walk.
The coach starts from Nottinghamshire County Hall, Loughborough Road, Nottingham NG2 7QP at 9.15am and Maid Marian Way (outside Evans Cycles) at 9.30am

There will be a choice of three walks of varying distance to suit most abilities
A Grade 'A' hard walk of 8-10 miles, possibly with more difficult conditions, a grade 'B' moderate walk of 6-8 miles and a grade 'C' easy walk of 4-6 miles

Coach fare for members £13 and £15 for non members

A WALK - Leader: Dave J & Linda - 10.5 miles
Route: Taddington, Blackwell, Chee Dale, Limestone Way, Tideswell, Tideswell Dale, Litton Mill, Taddington
Terrain: Couple of climbs, refreshments at Tideswell

B WALK - Leader: Bohdan Skrypec
A circular route of 7.5 miles.  Traversing Brushfield CP we skirt the northern edge of High Dale joining the Monsal Trail at Litton Mill approaching Litton Tunnel where there will be the opportunity, for the adventurous, to walk over the tunnel as opposed to through it. We continue along The Trail to Brushfield to and through  Taddington Wood eventually returning to Taddington for a rewarding refreshing beverage
The route is not overly taxing but there are two short steep descents and ascents with an extended gentle incline. There are toilets on route.

C WALK - Leader: Paul Wagstaff - 6.25 miles
Route: Taddington, Priestcliffe Ditch, Blackwell Hall, part of the Monsal Trail, Priestcliffe Lees, Priestcliffe, Taddington
Terrain: One steep descent and a very steep ascent, some on steps
There are good views
Tea and cakes  at churchyard

Please sign up at least three days prior to the date of walk. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking so that someone else can take your place. Please do not turn up for a walk without booking, as we will have to turn you away.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received BEFORE 8pm the Thursday preceding the Sunday Coach - NO CHARGE.
Cancellations received after 8pm on the Thursday preceding the Sunday coach will INCUR A £5 CHARGE.
