** this walk is replacing the Wakefield Wintersett walk**
Meet at the Bramham Parish Centre, opposite the War Memorial on Bowcliffe Road 10.30am. Approx 6.5miles.
Starting in Bramham we will head over farmland/countryside towards the A64. There's a little bit of road walking at that point (not, I hasten to add directly on the A64!!) on the sidewalk towards Tadcaster for about half mile. A left turn takes us back into countryside towards Toulston Polo Club - bring your own horse - on across the fields near Oglethorpe Hall Farm and head back to Bramham.
The definitive thing about this walk is that we start and finish in Bramham. As it's a short notice walk the bit in the middle may be subject to change!! Exciting - live dangerously!!!
Plenty of parking on Bowcliffe Road. Toilet facilities usually open in the Parish Centre.
Hopefully we'll find somewhere suitable for refreshments post walk.
