Overview

We ramble down the Nature Trail on the former railway line to Abbey Village where we follow the track to the reservoir by New Close Farm. Following the edge of the reservoir to the Witton Weavers Way which leads us through Red Lee Farm back to The Hare and Hounds in Abbey Village at the A675. Heading back towards the Nature Trail we pick up another path leading to Bury Lane by St Paul's Church where we cross the lane to another track passing The Green Cow Farm Shop and Heights Farm on our way back to Brinscall.
