Overview

Linear walk of 5 miles using Britain's best bus ride, as it's often called, the number 12.

The walk starts from Chyngton Lane/A259 junction, Seaford, down the unmade lane, left turn through the sheep fields, Cuckmere Inn, alongside the A259 for half a mile, Seven Sisters Country park for toilets, Westdean pond, Friston Forest, along the main bridleway to Friston Church/pond, down the field to East Dean. Here I will stop for lunch & then catch the 12 bus back  home/your car. If using your car, please park on the road on Chyngton Lane North.

Alternatively, if you are feeling refreshed after your lunch, you could retrace your steps or self guide yourself  to Birling Gap/Seven Sisters/Beachy Head....but I will NOT be leading these routes. If anyone wishes to take over leading from here...feel free to do so.
