Overview

Starting: South Hill Barn car park - free - cafe - toilets

From there we walk towards Coastal Cottages - then down to Cuckmere Haven and walk along the Cuckmere River to Cuckmere Inn - coffee break - then continue along the river to Alfriston - lunch stop at village green - plenty of benches - cafe - toilets

Then heading up towards Rathfinny vineyard before we make our way back to Seaford.
