A lovely heathland and canal side walk  There is just one hill on the walk, otherwise it is mainly flat and there are no stiles.

The walk is intended to finish before lunch but please bring a drink and snack as we will have a refreshment break. There are toilets and a cafe at the start and finish of the walk.  This is a dog friendly walk, on leads please.

Mytchett Canal Centre Car Park, Mytchett Heath, off Mytchett Place Road. There is plenty of car parking beyond the café if the main car park is full. Proceed along the back of the centre, past the cafe to the car park at the rear in the camping ground. OS Map X145.
