Overview

A leisurely walk from Crookham Wharf.  We will walk along the canal tow path to Tundry pond for our break and then return across fields, with 3 stiles to negotiate.  There will be a final short road walk to get back to the car park.

Crookham Wharf Car Park, Basingstoke Canal Towpath, Chequers Bridge, Crookham Village. From the A287 take the Crondall Road (signposted Exchequer Pub). The car park is immediately past the bridge over the canal but before the PH. OS Map X144.
