Overview

Starting from Treforest a brisk climb leads to Cefn Eglwysilan with the Trig point and radio masts.  We drop to Senghennydd for a visit to the miners memorial. Then along the old railway to Abertridwr after which we climb to Mynedd Meio. The descent back to Treforest is from Egllwysilan village. A good Valleys walk with (hopefully) great views throughout.
