Overview

Circular walk from Llangynidr to the Chartist cave and then cross the valley to ridge over Talybont Reservoir and the option of going over to Tor y Foel. Return via the Monmouthshire and Brecon canal.

Some rough ground to cover to Chartist cave and around 3000 ft of ascent in all.
