Starting from picturesque Chenies village we pass the historic manor house and then descend down to the Chess Valley. We ascend the other side of the valley and proceed to Flaunden by way of Baldwin's Wood. Our return to Chenies takes us past Rose Hall Farm, Valley Farm and through Mount Wood. A mixture of woodland and open countryside with lovely views. Two hills to ascend but nothing too strenuous. Three stiles. Likely to be muddy in places if wet.
