A delightful walk which takes in different environments and provides some great views. We'll be starting at The Bold Dragoon pub in Weston Favell village and walking through the village to the Northampton Washlands. We'll be doing a circuit of the Washlands and taking a short break at the canoe centre before making our way back to weston Favell and our starting point.
We'll be walking on firm, clear paths and tracks. There are no stiles. Although our walk will take us through an urban setting there are lots of interesting things to see en route. We'll be taking a short refreshment break at the canoe centre and there will be the opportunity to have lunch or a drink at the Bold Dragoon after the walk. Parking is available at The Bold Dragoon for those planning to lunch afterwards. Otherwise there is plenty of on-road parking.
