Overview

This is a circular walk from Cogenhoe along parts of the Nene Way and the Northamptonshire round. We will skirt Earls Barton, go through Sywell Country Park and the village of Ecton. There will be a refreshment stop at the cafe in Sywell Country Park.

The pace will be brisk, around 3 miles per hour.
