We are the London Strollers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
A linear walk of about five miles. After a visit to Eltham Park South and the fascinating patchwork of old fields and grand country estate at Avery Hill, we'll follow the first half of the little-known Shuttle Riverway, originally planned as part of the Green Chain, through the green spaces of Sidcup. Mainly flat but some ups and downs and unsurfaced paths. Should finish by about 14.00. A joint walk with Blackheath Ramblers.
