Overview

A moderate circular walk from Coppice Hill car park. Lovely views, taking in Sherbrook Valley, Pepper Slade, Katyn Memorial, Anson's Bank, and the Glacial Boulder. There will be two stops - one at the Visitor Centre for toilets etc. Joint walk with Wolverhampton Ramblers and Sandwell Ramblers.

We leave the meeting point in Walsall promptly at 09:15am.  The start time is the time the actual walk is due to start.
We regret we cannot allow dogs other than assistance dogs on weekend Walsall Group walks.
Walkers should check on www.walsallramblers.org.uk that the walk has not been cancelled before leaving home.
Personal medication, e.g. asthma inhalers and angina sprays, must be carried by the walkers themselves.
All walkers should carry an ICE card or a contact number in case of emergency.
Booking is not necessary for this walk.
Accessible by public transport (National Express route 10 from Brownhills, not from Walsall).
York's Bridge on the B4154 between Pelsall and the A5 Turf Island will be closed on the date of this walk. 
Walkers will need a packed lunch.
Please notify the leader if you intend to travel direct to the walk start.

Coppice Hill car park, off Chase Road, Brocton, Staffordshire. Through Brownhills to join A5 westbound (Cannock, Telford). At Churchbridge interchange take A34 northbound (Cannock, Stafford) and follow A34 to Chetwynd Arms pub. At next crossroads turn R into Brocton then R again at green onto Chase Road. Follow Chase Road about 0.7 mile and take turn on L and follow this to end of road.
