Take the 10.45 Cremyll ferry from Admirals Hard (or meet the ferry at Cremyll), and then the 11:00 bus to the far end of Millbrook. Coffee in a cove at the end of South Down. Back along the foreshore. Up from Millbrook to Wiggle, across to above Kingsand and back along the crest of the Rame Peninsula to descend to the ferry.
Parking is difficult, so it's best to take the 34 bus to Admirals Hard. Alternatively, for help with parking, contact the leader in advance, or arrive 20 mins early at Admirals Hard.
