Overview

This is a moderate walk with several stiles (ladder and step over), taking in moorland paths including long inclines and short steeper sections. Visiting Crompton Moor, Bishops Park and the source of the river
Medlock. These moorland paths are often muddy but offer panoramic views of Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Saddleworth areas.
