Overview

We follow the old Ledbury to Gloucester railway track past Rudford Church with its perfect Norman arch to Lassington church where only the Saxon tower remains. Then over Lassington Hill to the glorious Victorian extravaganza  of Highnam church. Finally we head through Highnam woods and Cuckold's Ash to our starting point.

We park at Rudford and Highleadon Village Hall ( Parking contribution to Hall funds would be appreciated) From Newent take the B4215 south, towards Gloucester, until reaching the Tibberton sign at Barbers Bridge Nursery. Turn right and the hall is immediately on the left.
